Don't usually write reviews, but these guys are Outstanding and awesome service, they really strive to do excellent work.

We had a locally recommended contractor come out and was unable to figure out how to remove our Regency insert. Lance Godfrey with Chimney Solutions unfamiliar with this manufacturer went the extra mile and researched the proper removal procedure, cleaned and inspected the chimney.

Just had my chimney cleaned and inspected by Quinton, as well as my dryer vent cleaned. I'm really happy with the work that was done, and appreciate all of Quinton's advice. Chip and his team did a great job on fixing our chimney after it had been damaged by a lightning strike. They cleaned and sealed the chimney and installed a nice looking custom fit cover. We were very pleased with Chip's attention to detail and desire to make us a satisfied customer. He succeeded!

Lance came to do the initial inspection and assessment. (I had to have the entire heatilator, etc replaced as the company that made the one I had was no longer in business.So they had to replace the whole fireplace and then replace all the outside siding, etc.)Lance was friendly, informative and a delight to work with. When I was actually able to schedule the work, I was blessed by the arrival of Baylor B. and Alex G. who did an outstanding job. They are excellent!! It was very hot and muggy and they got interrupted more than once by thunder/lightening storms. They even had to come back a second day to finish. They maintained cheerful attitudes and worked very diligently to make sure everything was perfect. The deck looks better after they finished than before they started! The notes I received of the work they did and instructions for me were very neatly and concisely written. Very impressive! I can't say enough good things about them. My fireplace looks amazing! I am actually looking forward to winter this year... I will certainly use Chimney Solutions again for maintenance and any other projects!! Thank you sooo much!

My service tech was Tony Crawford. He was awesome, He was able to repair a fireplace that I have had problems with for years. He was on time , professional and clearly an expert in his field. I will use this company for all my fireplace needs going forward.
