I just had my chimney serviced by Quinton with Chimney Solutions. He did an outstanding job informing me about each step of the process. He let me know all kinds of different options that I had as far as a remote controlled fireplace setup. He took his time to make sure I understood everything he was explaining to me and also made sure to show me examples. In addition, he was right on time as he was the last time he was here. I would highly recommend Quinton and I would also HIGHLY recommend Chimney Solutions for any of your chimney needs.

I've been with Chimney Solutions for quite some time now. They are different then a lot of the other companies you see online doing similar business. Unfortunately, a lot of chimney sweep companies don't take the necessary time required to fully make the customer informed. They'll take the quick route, and dishonest route, to make a quick sale for themselves. Chimney Solutions is different. They truly care about your chimney and want to see you get the best use out of it. I can certainly attest to this.

Finally, I'll end this review by telling you about their prices. They are extremely competitive and fair. They will break everything down for you, number wise, to make sure you're in the know before making any decision. They do a great job for a great price each and every time !

Lance Godrey was professional and fully explained what he was going to do to examine Chimney After he was through with the contracted work, explained and quoted extra work that he thought that needed to be done either now or later.

Caulked portion of chimney that extended above the roof. R & R chimney cap. Paint chimney top hat. Cleaned out fireplace of gas logs. Painted inside of fireplace black. Reset gas logs with new sand, rock and embers. Caulked where needed.

Kyle and Zac did a fantastic job installing a Vacu Stack and some minor stucco repair on my fireplace. They were courteous, professional and kept me informed throughout the entire job. We have just finished working with Chimney Solutions to replace our old fireplaces, clean out our chimney's and add the rain pans on top of our chimney's. Ted Henderson grasped our vision perfectly, and Jose Peralta and his team executed the construction exactly as we have dreamed. There were no mistakes, no surprises, no delays during this week long construction job. Ted kept his word, and honored all agreements, written and verbal. Jose and his team are artists, and worked smart and hard, with aggressive daily goals consistently met. Our family is 100% satisfied with the results, and the results are stunning. Very professional and easy to work with. The selling of our home was contingent upon a chimney repair, and Ted was very accommodating from creating a special report for us to send to the buyer to allowing us to hold our funds for the repair in a escrow. I would highly recommend this company!
