I had a great service with chimney Solutions! Quinton Rielly was my technician; he was on time and very helpful, very polite and nice. He educated me on everything he was doing to my fireplace. I had just originally booked for an inspection with hopes of converting my gas fireplace into wood burning. He was able to do that in one visit. He cleaned my fireplace and removed all the logs and debris. He kept the area very neat and clean. I was impressed with how fast the conversion took. I felt very comfortable with him in my house. He also went onto of my roof to do an inspection and took great pictures for us to keep. I would use this company again and am very thankful for Quinton for making my fire place dreams come true!

Very impressed with their efficiency and attitude. Chip cleaned our chimney (which was amazingly dirty - previous owners had enjoyed their fireplace) and set up our gas logs. Zack and his partner measured our chimney for a new cap. And Kyle and James installed the cap (on our 40+ foot chimney). All of them were a pleasure to work with.

My favorite technician, Quinton Rielly, just replaced our gas starter and did a great job as usual. I rely on Chimney Solutions for expert performance, great quality and fair prices. I wouldn't call anyone else for my fireplace and chimney maintenance. They are quick to schedule work and on time. I trust their expertise, knowledge and honesty.

Kyle and Nick arrived ahead of schedule to perform the last phase of our chimney project.

Like their colleagues in the project's first phase, these men displayed the same professionalism and competence in completing the project. Matching the existing flues to the new top metal work proved to be a challenge, but they kept after it in spite of the rooftop heat. I think that their good sense of humor helped them get to success.

Great company, and very reasonably priced. We had get get an inspection for a real estate transaction, and I called about 5 other companies. 3 didnt answer, one said they didnt service my area, and one had a voicemail message saying to email them. I did, then called Chimney Solutions. Chimney Solutions answered right away, the lady was pleasant, and I was able to get scheduled right away. The other company emailed me back about 30 minutes later and their quote was about $100 more than chimney solutions for the same thing. The day before, I got an email confirmation and a phone call saying who my technician would be. Day of he was there exactly on time and was pleasant and efficient. I highly, highly recommend this company. After dealing with so many different companies, it was nice to finally get amazing customer service.

Andy called twenty minutes before he and Tony were due to arrive, to advise they were stuck in traffic. They still arrived early.
Both men were very professional and knowledgeable, and answered my many questions throughout the project. They also each showed a good sense of humor. The job was done thoroughly and with care.
I’m hoping that Andy and Tony will be involved with the final phase of the project, in a week or two.

First class organization. From the follow up phone call for the first appointment, to the email confirmation, to the friendly visit to assess, to the wonderful job completing the work......this firm is top notch. I never thought they would be able to fix our problem, and it's now better than when we got the house 12 years ago. Ted did a fantastic job. Chimney Solutions get my highest recommendation.
