I had Andy and Tony come out to replace my fireplace hearth and backdrop from marble to slate. I also had my exhaust system replaced for my dryer since the company who did it before did it against code without my knowledge. Andy and Tony listened intently on what I wanted to have done. They were very precise and efficient with their work. They were also very nice and fun to be around. I highly recommend them!

Charles quickly diagnosed the problem, we needed a part he did not have in his truck. He came back ON HIS DAY OFF the next day, installed the part and made sure we understood everything. He even made friends with our very protective little dog. And...he just called me to make sure the gas logs were working as they should and of course they are. Thank you, Charles and Chimney Solutions!

We have recently used Chinney Solutions on old home before moving and new home once we moved in. Our consultant and repairman Chris Cox was not only very honest and skillful at what he does but very personable as well . We would highly recommend him to anyone in need of chimney or fireplace work or input on any changes you are thinking about . He's very knowledgeable in this work . We are located in Indpls, In area.

Ted and Joe did a great job getting our chimney sealed up, new damper, and new cap. They were efficient and made an extra effort to find the best solution for our home.

Everyone at Chimney Solutions from first contact to job complete are great to work with. This is my second experience with this company. They arrive when promised, complete the job really fast and take the time to thoroughly explain what needs to be done. Not only do they explain any issues they uncover they show you with video footage. From Brandon in the office, to Joe H performing the inspection, to Larry and Zach performing the repairs, everyone at Chimney Solutions are very professional delivering what they promise at a fair price. I'm a customer for life!

There was a miscommunication and the hardie trim was 1/2 as thick as the wood coming off and did not match the rest of the house (size wise). They took immediate action and presented me with 4 different options to solve the issue. They came back at no additional charge and completed the work per the option we chose. End result was perfect. The installers were great, I had the same people both times. Couldn't be more pleased.

Quinton and Zack arrived on time and ready to go. They did an awesome job. It was the best inspection we ever had. They are both very professional and neat. Will always use them and refer them to our friends and family.
