I purchased a house with 3 fireplaces, and none has doors. I had them come out to give me an estimate on custom doors. Charles came, and instead of selling me doors, he suggested some very economic ways to save energy during summer season. In addition, he patiently answered all my questions and demonstrated how to operate those fireplaces. He is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If I have any needs for chimney, I\'ll definitely go to them!

They have cleaned and installed a pipe on my personal house.

We have refereed and asked them to work on a couple of our projects. These guys are very professional and do a video inspection of the chimney.

Once they are done they will give you a written proposal on what all needs to be completed on the project.

Everyone from the management to the staff is very down to earth and will do what ever they can to work with people. I really appreciate all the jobs they have done for us because i know i am not going to get a call back saying they did something wrong!

Called Chimney Solutions about a see through fireplace, ended up having to replace the whole thing. I was worried but I knew immediately Lance Godfrey knew what he was taking about when discussing the problem. He quoted the job and did exactly what he said he would do. Larry Radford and Jose Peralta performed the install and were friendly and conscientious about the job. They even have a qualified brick mason John Fidati to fix the bricks that had to be removed to install the new fireplace and he did an excellent job of matching the old bricks and everything ended up straight and nice. I would not hesitate to recommend Chimney Solutions to anyone, Great experience and can\'t wait for the first fire !! Thanks guys !

First time writing a review, but I felt it was necessary considering the service I received here by Chip. We received more than a fair price and the time he took explaining what he was doing and more so, he explained how to properly use each one of our fireplaces. He took the time to point out necessary dos and don'ts which is greatly appreciated considering I'd like to avoid burning my house down. Chimney Solutions was not the first top of mind choice when it comes to chimney sweeping in the northern Atlanta suburbs, but they should be. And Chip should be their example of how to take care of customers.

Great job done by Chimney Solutions and Chip Carruth, our Technician. We've used the company for several years -- for refractory panel installation, repairs, and annual cleaning. Always professional, experienced, on-time. Wouldn't want to use anyone else.

8/1- I had a less-than-efficiently operating dryer vent. Chimney Solutions was able to schedule me quickly, and at a time which was convenient to me within days of my call.

The tech, Chip, was prompt and punctual, and extremely professional. After thoroughly checking the ventilation system for any concerns, he explained exactly the process of cleaning the vent, the potential outcomes of the service, how we could tell if the service was successful, and what the possible causes and options were if the service didn't remedy my problem. Again, very professional and courteous, a super nice guy!

I would recommend Chimney Solutions not just because of the good price, but the nice people that work there and treat customers well.

From the very beginning, starting with Quinton, the process was extremely easy. Quinton came out, gave me an appraisal, the workers showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up, and were very efficient. Shout out to Chris, John, Larry, Andy, & Jose !! There was a slight misunderstanding on my part, when I called to inquire, Brandon came out, suggested additional work, which was completed in a efficient, timely manner.
