• Although we provide annual chimney cleaning and inspection services all year long, we highly recommend booking your annual maintenance during the spring or summer months. We get a lot of emergency calls and major repair work during the fall and winter which can have us pretty booked up and busy.
• The day before your appointment, please discontinue use of the appliance and venting system being serviced. This will allow them time to cool for the protection of our technicians. We also ask that you remove any ash from the ash box before our arrival.
• If you have any valuables or other items within 6 feet of your fireplace opening, we ask that you move them prior to our arrival. We are very careful to protect your property while we’re working, but we appreciate your help! This will also allow us ample room to set up our equipment and get to work.
