Office Manager

The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating office administration and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and ensuring that we provide world class service to our customers. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision, task delegation, and maintaining a pleasant work atmosphere within the office. Must be well organized, flexible and able to work independently with little or no supervision, and possess the ability to multitask in a busy office environment. The Office Manager should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.

  • Organize and maintain office operations and procedures
  • Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
  • Supervise, mentor, train and coach office staff and delegate assignments to ensure maximum productivity and a reasonable apportioning of staff responsibility
  • Manage afterhours calls and messages, ensuring that all staff respond in a timely and acceptable manner

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison and provide product/services information with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Candidates should live within 30 minutes driving distance to exit 12 on Route 400.

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads while greeting customers warmly

Sales Technician

Chimney Solutions in Alpharetta is searching for customer service oriented sales people who have the desire to join a staff that is dedicated to working in a team environment. Customer service is a top priority with us as well. Construction or roofing experience is preferred, and a CSIA certification is not required, but the desire to obtain one is. This full time position includes benefits of medical, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, and paid time off. Hourly base salary to start, commission and company vehicle are provided after a acclimation period.

Responsibilities: Meet potential customers and assess needs through inspections
  • Assess customer needs and communicate effective steps for repairs with pricing
  • Must provide a very high level of customer service, including effective communication and constant follow up
  • "Adopt the customer", overseeing all installation projects until completion
  • Complete all paperwork within company guidelines (24 hours)
  • Ability to work 50-55 hours per week, and flexibility with schedule as demands change
Requirements: Experienced construction or roofing professional
  • CSIA certification not required, but possess the ability and desire to obtain
  • Must be physically able to access rooftops without concern
  • Ability to use electronic devices to build customer quotes and communicate with team
  • Be results driven and able to work in a competitive environment
  • Ability to multi task projects, manage time, and prioritize effectively
  • Must be self sufficient and self motivated
  • Ability to work in a construction environment, and the ability to lift 50-75 pounds without exertion
  • Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving record, ability to pass a background check and drug screen before employment

You must be able to access rooftops to complete installations and repairs as a part of our excellent quality of service to customers.
