At Chimney Solutions, Atlanta, we proudly install award-winning vented gas logs by Golden Blount and Monnesson. Through years of installation, service, and experience, problematic gas logs have been weeded out from our product selections. We have eliminated the need for guess work, saving you time and money.
Atlantans choose gas logs for various reasons. No need to store logs and lug them into your home. Starting a fire is as simple as flicking a switch, clicking a remote control, or lighting the gas fire with a single match. Natural gas and propane burns cleaner than logs, and you can still enjoy watching flickering flames. More and more of our Atlanta customers are turning to gas logs because of their efficiency, ease of use, and environmental friendliness.
We have a variety of gas firewood styles, each of them made to look like genuine wood, whether pine, oak, birch, walnut, or driftwood. The logs are complete with glowing embers to create the authenticity of real burning wood.
In the Fireplace Industry since 1970, Golden Blount manufactures some of the finest gas logs available today. This family business is dedicated to top quality in the products that they produce. They offer both vented gas logs and vent free gas logs.
Top Quality Hand Painted Gas Logs from RL Peterson's Real Fyre brand add beauty & comfort to your home. Gas log installations to fit wood burning fireplaces or ANSI certified vent free gas log solutions that are safe and clean burning for fireplaces without the need to vent out a chimney.
We encourage you not to let your beautiful fireplace go to waste. If you avoid dealing with the hassle of lighting fires in your fireplace, a gas log set is ideal for you.
Vented Gas Logs
The vented units can produce a pleasant, dramatic flame; but these are for decorative purposes only. Since the fireplace damper must be opened to use vented gas logs, most of the heat goes up the chimney. Unlike wood-burning fireplaces, gas logs do not produce much creosote, which provides two advantages. First, your chimney will stay cleaner much longer. Second, the chimney will probably not emit a smell in hot weather commonly caused by a buildup of creosote.
