Chimney Solutions cleaned our chimney, then replaced the rain shroud cap and the fire panel inside. All of the work was done in a professional manner and the communication throughout was great. Zach and Jose were very polite and cleaned up their worksite so well that you would never know they had been here working. I highly recommend Chimney Solutions for any fireplace repairs.

We didn't know who to go to when our chimney was leaking like a faucet. After reviewing many chimney repair businesses we went with Chimney Solutions. From the 1st phone call to the last person that left our property....they were VERY sweet and communicative. Our repair guys (Zach and Jose) went the extra mile cleaning an area that wasn't originally discussed within our quote. They did it at no additional cost. They truly took care of us! I always try to do my homework when finding someone to repair home issues....I can honestly say, don't worry...these guys will take GREAT care of you.

They were prompt, their price was VERY reasonable, they came when they said they would come, and they did a great job. You can check all the boxes with these guys--we are VERY satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them without reservation.

Andy, Landon and Robbie were absolutely incredible!!! Respectful, fast and VERY FUN!! Andy's craftsmanship with my stone is incredible. I will post pictures once I can put my mantle up. I will never use another Chimney company for anything! If I build again, for chimney sweeping...anything. From the quote process with Charles, Larry and his patience with me during the ordering phase and of course, Andy, Landon and Robbie..FABULOUS!!

Chimney Solutions did an AWESOME job from start to finish. Communication with their staff who answer the phones was always very professional, informative and accurate. My tech was Chip, who has been in the biz for over 25 years. He was fantastic. He let me ask him all sorts of stupid questions and gave me great information. He cleaned all the logs and cleaned out the "ashes" and the base. When he lit the logs, it just looked so much better. Then he went up with his PHONE acting like a fiberoptic (transmitting to his ipad) to inspect the pipes and the inside of the chimney. Lastly, he performed the rooftop inspection of the chimney. He included photos in the report which he sent electronically as soon as he was done. All in all, great service for a very reasonable price, which I highly recommend.

Started noticing a dripping sound from my fireplace during recent heavy rains, wasn't sure exactly where the leak was. Called Chimney Solutions and was told they could have someone out to look at it in 10 days and someone out to fix it some time in October. I'd already looked around and called around and couldn't find anyone available that I could trust, so I agreed to wait. Ten minutes later they called me back. One of their technicians had finished a job early and could be at my place in about 45 minutes to take a look. Great!
Quinton arrived on time in a great looking company van loaded with ladders and other equipment. He got right to work. Examined the fireplace inside, then climbed up to examine the chimney. Took a couple pics with his cellphone, came back down and showed me. All I needed was to restore the caulk where the flue comes through the rain pan - which itself was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. More good news: he could do the work then and there - for a very reasonable price - and the service charge would be applied to that price. He worked carefully, but quickly, and kept me in the loop. No surprises, no Mystery Science Theater routine.
I really enjoyed the whole experience, and now I can go back to enjoying a nice, cooling, late summer afternoon cloudburst without worrying about that leak. Well done, Quinton.
