This company provides the highest quality and most professional service of any fireplace and chimney maintenance and repair company in the Atlanta metro area. All of the technicians (Garrett, Tommy, Ben, Christian, Billy) who inspected and replaced our 20-year old rusty metal chimney that had been damaged by a previous fireplace company were efficient, skilled, prompt, quick, and friendly. In reference to some comments by others regarding being charged to provide a “quote,” it should be noted that providing a quote requires a detailed and time-consuming inspection - well worth $329. I was told up front about the cost of the inspection. I now am confident of the safety and functionality of my Travis Industries Fireplace Xtrordinaire wood-burning stove and chimney.

I have wood burning stove and planned to use it more. In my past experience with a wood stove, I had a chimney fire. To minimize the chance of a chimney fire in my current home, I wanted to have a stainless steel chimney liner installed. My initial deposit was the half the estimated cost. The crew came out and worked the entire day and was unable to get the liner down the chimney flue because of a double bend near the bottom of the stack. They came out the second day and tried some heavier tools and methods to get the liner to fit. They were unsuccessful. After their research to alternatives, the one remaining option was to break out the clay liner and insert the stainless liner. However, this would risk damage to the adjoining flue for my other fireplace. The potential cost of this alternative would have raised the price by 200% which made it unacceptable. Consequently, I asked them to cancel the request for the liner. They did complete my other requested work: sweeping, repointing the stone around the fire place, and replacing a damaged damper. Since they could not complete the requested work, they gave me a FULL refund of my entire deposit. As John put it, “Merry Christmas”. There are not many businesses that would have done that.

Today Patrick Marshall came to clean my 2 chimneys and check them out for the rest of the winter. We have used Chimney Solutions a few times and have always been pleased but today was fantastic. I am not one to write reviews as often as I would like but today I am making time to say how much I appreciated Mr Marshall's professional approach. I had lots going on and he went with the flow. He was timely and answered ALL of my questions and worked most efficiently

Andy and his helper came and installed gas logs for me. They did a great job, were very informative and neat and clean and even looked out to make sure my cat, Dexter, did not escape. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

This was by far the best service I have ever had in relation to an in-home service. I had a chimney sweep which included an inspection. The office staff called as a reminder our appointment was coming up soon. An e-mail was even sent with the technician's information including a picture! The technician was very courteous & thorough. Extremely knowledgeable & made sure we understood everything. On time (actually made it 30 mins before the scheduled appt but not before calling to make sure that was ok). I will definitely be recommending Chimney Solutions to family, friends, & colleagues based on our great customer service experience today. Thanks Garrett!

We had a massive (and I mean massive) undertaking to get our 1980 insert and inoperable chimney up to par and in working condition for the winter months. We spent a month between Chimney Solutions and another company review our wants, needs, and budget. Jackson was wonderful in listening, answering a slue of questions, and following up. He was patient as we were learning what was best for us. He navigated us to the zero clearance option, and we settled on a product. We waited for everything to come in, about 2.5 weeks, and we were set to go. Unfortunately, our project encountered a few issues. But here's the best part; everyone owned any mistakes, and were there to help fix it; immediately! You don't find this in a company often. They were determined to work with us to find a solution to each issue that came up (and again, it was a big project, things happen).
Each member (Jackson, David, Chris, Leo, and several others!) of Chimney Solutions that came to our house were professional and great to work with. We've been burning for over a week consistently, and while the true test lies in the upcoming months, we are pleased with our purchase and the work that has been performed. This is what impressed me the most; their dedication to you.
I know some reviews say they are more expensive, but they were similar to the other company we looked at hiring, and they did more work and met more of our goals. Don't let price be a deterring factor. You want a team with a main goal of making you home fire safe.

We had squirrels get into the house via fresh air vent (we think) but definitely thru the chimney stack. That and a 32yr old house sent us to Chimney Solutions. Andy and crew replaced existing storm collar, rain pan and termination cap; fixed fresh air vent; replaced refractory panel; re-painted when needed.. All work was very professional. Everything touched was cleaned up. Andy was very patient with our questions and interruptions. Would definitely use Chimney Solutions and Andy again!

The technicians, Chip (on the first visit- cleaning and inspection) and Andy (for the installation)were here on time and did a great job.
They were both very professional.
There were some problems with the installation because of the shape that the fireplace was in but Andy was able to solve all the problems.
There was a delay in scheduling the second visit, but Simona and Joe worked it out for us and we were able to have the fireplace installed within the needed time frame.
