Ted Henderson is the Sales Technician that came to my house recently and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is professional, friendly (great with dogs), courteous, and knows his stuff. Recently, I accidentally turned off the pilot light and could not get it turned back on. He walked me through the process over the phone and I was able to get it turned back on! Wonderful customer service!

Lance came out and gave us an estiamte he was professional and always replied to my text. Andy and James did the actual remodel. They took out the old fireplace and installed the new brick and cedar mantel.
I can not say what a good job they did. Andy is a master of brick work.
He also installed the cedar mantel to perfection.
His skills are the best and he is such a very nice person as well!
We have done a lot of remodeling over the years. I will say this project

Kyle and Zac from Chimney Solutions replaced a cracked back wall in my fireplace and outfitted it for new gas logs. They were very courteous and professional and took the time to make certain the job was done correctly the first time and that I was happy with the results. Earlier this year I bought a condo in a 20-year old mid-rise building in Buckhead with a gas logs fireplace in it. Before closing on the purchase of the condo, a certified home inspector pronounced the fireplace to be in working order. Nonetheless, based on the age of the fireplace and the ages old muck on the inside of the glass, I called Chimney Solutions to schedule an inspection by a "real" fireplace professional. Today the fireplace was inspected by Jon Boswell who arrived exactly on time, walked me through the in's and out's of my gas logs fireplace, and also cleaned up the glass screen. Chimney Solutions was professional and user-friendly from the first phone call, and Jon Boswell was knowledgeable, efficient, and a true Southern gentleman as well.
