Just wanted to say each of your employees we have been in contact with are very professional. Especially the one that did our inspection around 6-20-17...Larry, maybe? That gentleman and also Kyle and his helpers. That Kyle is a keeper and you're lucky to have him! Excellent employee for you all! We still need a little more work done on our 30 yr old chimney and will be calling you when we are ready.

Kyle and another technician (whose name I cannot remember--whoops!) did a great job repairing the fireplace at our restaurant. I received great customer service at every interaction, all the way from booking the job on the phone to the guys finishing the job in a prompt and professional manner. We will definitely be using them again!

Kyle and Tony from Chimney Solutions cleaned and repaired the dryer vents on two residences that had not been serviced for 35 years. The job included replacing the dryer vent cap and building the proper connection to piping that goes through the attic. The job required ingenuity and both men were experienced, professional and capable of doing an excellent job. I'm very satisfied.

I just had my chimney serviced by Quinton with Chimney Solutions. He did an outstanding job informing me about each step of the process. He let me know all kinds of different options that I had as far as a remote controlled fireplace setup. He took his time to make sure I understood everything he was explaining to me and also made sure to show me examples. In addition, he was right on time as he was the last time he was here. I would highly recommend Quinton and I would also HIGHLY recommend Chimney Solutions for any of your chimney needs.

I've been with Chimney Solutions for quite some time now. They are different then a lot of the other companies you see online doing similar business. Unfortunately, a lot of chimney sweep companies don't take the necessary time required to fully make the customer informed. They'll take the quick route, and dishonest route, to make a quick sale for themselves. Chimney Solutions is different. They truly care about your chimney and want to see you get the best use out of it. I can certainly attest to this.

Finally, I'll end this review by telling you about their prices. They are extremely competitive and fair. They will break everything down for you, number wise, to make sure you're in the know before making any decision. They do a great job for a great price each and every time !

The Sales Technician who made the initial visit , Ted Henderson, was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived on time and was very polite,respectful, and knowledgeable. While on the roof he took pictures of the areas in need of repair, and while showing them to me explained in detail how they were going to repair the damaged mortar. He also showed me pictures of similar repairs they had done on previous jobs. I thought the price he quoted me was reasonable and fair. After meeting with him, I knew I had selected the right company to do the job. The Service Technicians who came to do the repairs, Patrick and Joe, arrived right on time and were also a pleasure to work with . They were polite,friendly,and professional . The repaired areas looked great as the color of the new mortar matched up perfectly with the old. They cleaned up the work area so well you could not tell they had been there. All in all it was a great experience dealing with Chimney Solutions and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys ! Great job !

Ted came out last week to clean and inspect our chimney. I thought having used firemen to clean the chimney (over the 30 years we have used it) was the safest route a person could choose. With the thoroughness of Ted's inspection, which included checking flashing and the pan on the roof, was I ever proved wrong!!!! We need a new insert, areas sealed (potentially fire hazards) and a new pan on top of the chimney. I am confident Ted's assessment is valid. He is very professional and knowledgable in his field! Chimney Solutions, you are fortunate to have Ted on your team!!!! Thanks- can't wait to get the work done.

I was curious about the existing gas logs I have in my home, and I am glad I chose Chimney Solutions. Quinton was my technician, and he evaluated every level of my chimney, from the crawl space, to the current logs, to the chimney above the roof. He talked me through all of his findings, and he emailed a very detailed quote for suggested repairs and to replace the gas logs. Quinton represented his company as well as any employee could.

Great Guys! The technician, Andy and his partner(didn't catch his name) were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a new damper installed as well as parge and some bricks replaced as well. They were very neat and cleaned up great! I highly recommend these guys!
