I meet with the owner Christian and I was very impressed with the service that I received I will be referring all my friends and family.

Nothing but great experiences from the first scheduling call, to the in home estimate (Joe), to the work being completed (Ted & Bo).

We live in a 100 year old bungalow in Atlanta and have an old, small coal chimney. We hired Chimney Solutions to install a recently purchased Jotul wood burning stove and to do some repair work on the exterior of the chimney at the roof.

Ted and Bo did a FANTASTIC job of setting up a clean workspace, working through problem spots inside the less-than-optimal chimney, asked clarifying questions regarding the aesthetics of the finished product, and left the inside and outside of our home spotless.

I'll use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Very satisfiedl, Andy Gatch and his assistant were very friendly and explained very well the work they were about to do. they used padding and cloth to protect the floors. When they were done, everything was clean. He even went the extra mile on retouching some paint on the fireplace.Thanks Andy!

Chip Carruth was on time, on arrival he identified himself, something I could notice as he was dressed in uniform, he handed me a contact card and we dove straight into my fireplace issues. Professionally he explained to me my issues while showing me how to use other functions, explained to me various options with their prices. Chip was very good at his job, Thank you Chimney Solutions. My wife wanted gas logs! I told her to call and inquire. She went to the web and dialed up Chimney Solutions. Two days later Lance came and did an inspection on our fireplace, and gave Mary some choices and price points. By the time I found out about it, she'd already placed her order. I met Lance a week later when he came to instal. He had great rapport and did first class work. Then he topped it off by going on the roof and showing me pictures of my chimney, flashing, and cap. All was well in the house and on the roof. My wife and I want to say that in a field where service is a lost art, these guys are first class!

Larry came out & fixed our fireplace in one visit. Just in time for the cooler weather and family visiting from out of town.

Truly gave our home what is has been missing with the cozy fire.

Now we can use it knowing it is safe.

We had Chimney Solutions do some repair work and a complete face lift to our fireplace. From start to finish we found all the staff professional and friendly. I am not sure if everyone has a problem with contractors, not showing up, or never following through with promises. Our salesman Chip was great with detail and communication via phone, email, and text.

The technicians, Andy, Michael, and Tony, were great. Very friendly and professional. Every step of the way they were METICULOUS with their work. Pointing things out as they went along to see if we liked the look. I can't stress how great they were. The final product truly exceeded my exceptions. I would post before and after pictures if this site let me.

After researching several chimney sweep companies, we chose Chimney Solutions to clean and inspect our chimney. Booking the appointment was easy and both ladies I spoke to in the office were polite and courteous. Charles was assigned to our home and when I opened the door he handed me his card, gave his name and stated where he was from. I appreciated his professionalism right from the start. He had an assistant with him that day that introduced himself as well. These gentlemen prepared the work area to protect our floors and started to clean the chimney as well as inspect the chimney from the outside on the roof. Once they were both inside, they did a camera inspection and, happily, reported that everything looked great. Charles was patient when I asked questions and did not appear in a rush though they still had another job to do that day. That was a plus in my book. We are fortunate that no additional work is needed, and thankful that this visit was the beginning of a trust relationship with Chimney Solutions.
