Chip and Jeffrey went above and beyond my expectations. Being a single mom I wanted to make sure I have a safe way to keep my family warm this winter in case of a power outage. These guys repaired my gas line and made sure I knew how to turn the gas main off if needed. They were both very professional and respectful. Chimney Solutions first repaired and refurbished our dangerously brittle fieldstone chimney from top the whole way down to the ground. Then, when we wanted to refresh our gas logs and the inside of the fireplace, we of course called on them. Their install crew of Andy and Jerry clearly really cared about excellence and they provided that in their install of our new logs. Sales Consultant Charles was spectacular in his sales assistance as we chose our new gas logs and remote-start gas feed. Then...when we had an unrelated gas leak from the vicinity of the fireplace, NOT caused by Chimney Solutions, Manager Chris Cox came to our home personally and again exceeded our wildest dreams. To me, this firm has not only expertise and intellect, they also have character. What an joy to have them in our home and doing crucial work for us!

We had not had our chimney cleaned in a very long time so we called Chimney Solutions and they did a fantastic job. They found some issues that need to be addressed and took care of the problems in a very professional manner as well as answering all of our questions and providing us with a lot of helpful information.

John and Brandon made the repairs in a timely manner and were extremely personable and efficient. We cannot say enough positive things about the employees and the company as a whole.
